Sam McLeod has over thirty years continuous experience as a real
estate professional in Monterey County. Starting as a sales agent in 1972, he
obtained his brokers license in 1977.
Sam has been active in the
local real estate community for many years, volunteering his time and effort in
service to the real estate community.
He has served on numerous committees at
local and state level including many years as chairman of the local scholarship
funds trustee, providing scholarships to local high school and community college
students.
He was two-term president of the Board of
REALTORS® and was also president of the Monterey-Carmel Council of Real Estate
Boards. Sam is now a member of the Monterey County Association REALTORS®.
At
the state level he has been a director and regional Vice-President of the
California Association of
REALTORS® in addition to being a member of the National Association of REALTORS® for his
entire career.
